Rugpjūtį atrinkus verslumo skatinimo priemonės įgyvendintoją, rugsėjo pabaigoje jau prasidės pirmieji mokymai norintiems pradėti verslą ar plėtoti jau turimą ir bus dalijamos pirmosios paskolos iki 86 tūkst. litų.
